This unwooded expression is made in a crisp, fruit-driven style that shows fresh aromas of apples and tart pears. On the palate the wine is lively and refreshing, departing consistently in a long and satisfying finish.
Serving Suggestions:
This expressive Chenin Blanc is best accompanied with creamy chicken dishes with fresh or roasted veggies. It will also pair well with richer seafood dishes like paella.
