The Boplaas 8 YO Single Grain Whisky Virgin Oak is made from a mash consisting of 100% South African maize and distilled in a column still. The Whisky was aged for approximately 6 years in second-fill bourbon barrels before finished for two years in new, first-fill American oak bourbon barrels.
Tasting notes
The Whisky shows beautiful aromas of caramel and vanilla from the older American oak, and alluring wood and Christmas spices on the palate.

Enjoy it neat at 15-17 C, with a block of ice and/or a splash of cool spring water.
